The International Conference on Information Processing and Wireless Systems (IP-WiS) will provide an excellent forum for sharing knowledge and results in theory, methodology and applications of Information Technology Convergence and Services. This conference focuses axes related to mobile telecommunications.

The Conference invites high scientific personalities who will present the significant contributions for the major fields of the Information Processing and Wireless Systems in theoretical and practical aspects. The aim of the Conference is to provide a platform to the researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet and share cutting-edge development in the field.

All submitted papers will be reviewed by the TPC team and judged on originality, technical correctness, relevance and quality of presentation. An accepted paper must be presented at the conference. Each full registration covers up to two papers by an author. All accepted and presented papers in main program and workshops will be included in IEEE Xplore database, which is indexed. Selected high-quality papers will be invited to publish an extended version on a Special Issue "Innovations in Convergent IT for Mobile Telecommunications" in the Journal of Advances in Information Technology, Published by Academy Publisher. It is also possible to directly submit your papers in the special issue of the Journal of Advances in Information Technology.

The conference is housed systematically in a luxury, pleasant and comfortable hotel. The registration fees include the conference’s program, proceedings, coffee breaks, the opening reception and accommodation (Double Room). Must pay an additional fee for the gala dinner and excurssion.

Papers are required to be submitted via the Web interface ; It is required that the manuscript follows the standard IEEE camera-ready format (double column, 10-pt font). The maximum length of IP-WiS paper without over-length charge is FIVE(5) pages. The authors are allowed to pay for up to TWO (2) additional pages with over length charge. Submitted papers may not have been previously published in or under consideration for publication in another journal of conference. The organizing committee of IP-WiS reserves the right to not review papers that either exceed the length specification or have been submitted or published elsewhere. Submissions must include title, abstract, keywords, author and affiliation with email address.
