When you receive a request for a submission review, you will receive this email :

To submit a review for an IP-WiS’2013 submission, just follow these steps :

NB : Please use the same email address in which you have received the request email

• Step 1 : Go to this interface
• Step 2 : If you have used this interface before (in another conference) jump to step 6
• Step 3 : Click on sign up for an account to create your personal Easychair account that will be used to submit your review.

• Step 4 : Follow the signing up instructions to the end. You will need to confirm your email address before finishing the instructions.
• Step 5 : Follow the loggin in link once all signing up instructions are finished

• Step 6 : Log in using your user name and password
• Step 7 : If you get a "Terms of service" page, you have to read and accept them then press continue. 

• Step 8 : Choose your role as a subviewer

• Step 9 : Click on the “Requests” tab.

• Step 10 : Choose one paper from the list of the submissions assigned to you for the review by clicking on the associated ID number.

• Step 11 : Click on the “Answer request” link on the top right corner of the following page (you can download the submission to help you decide either to accept to review it or not).

• Step 12 : here you can make your decision about reviewing the submission by choosing one of the three options offered in the form and either to associate a message to your decision or not by checking or unchecking the “send message” checkbox.

• Step 13 : Once you decide to accept reviewing the paper, a new link “Submit review” shows up in the top right corner of the “Review request” page.

• Step 14 : Click on it to get to the next page and fill out the form you get to submit your review.

• Step 15 : After filling up the form you can finalize the reviewing process by clicking on the submit button on the bottom of the same page.
